The journey to bring Crimson Hen and her friends to the real world began years ago when I began spending beautiful nights telling my beautiful children bedtime stories about a particularly feisty hen, her friends, and the bizarre and world-saving adventures they had. Recently, we’ve been putting these stories down on paper, making art, creating a whole Crimson Hen universe.
